Returns and  Policies

Discrepancies

Contact us at lordandladies@hotmail.com to report any discrepancies concerning your order within 3 of receipt.

If you receive an item that has been sent by us incorrectly we will cover the cost of returning the item back to us after we receive the item.  Return merchandise USPS First Class Mail.

Once we receive the item and inspect it, a refund for the shipping via USPS First Class Mail will be refunded. Return the item unused, used items will not be accepted.

We will then ship the ordered item or refund the cost of the item at our discretion.

 

Returns of Defective Merchandise

All purchased merchandise is guaranteed for 14 days from the date of purchase for defects.

Defective merchandise is merchandise that is broken and can no longer be used for the purpose that it was manufactured for.

Contact us by email, lordandladies@hotmail.com  prior to  returning merchandise. Include your name, reason and  merchandise you would like to return. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number and a form to include with your return. This enables us to process your return in a timely manner.   

 Defective merchandise must be returned in order to receive a refund.  Simple packaging is acceptable for defective returns.  For example: a defective charm may be placed with the return form and shipped in a regular envelope via USPS First Class Mail. 

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us.

All returns postmarked more than 10 days after receipt of RAN will be subject to a 15% inspection fee. 

Merchandise must have been purchased from Lord and Ladies We do not accept merchandise that is not purchased from our store.

Merchandise has all original tags and documentation and shows no sign of wear or use. Clothing that has been laundered is not returnable.

Toys and plush cannot be returned once they are used.

Once, we receive the merchandise back and it has been processed.  A refund will be issued in the same form as the payment was made minus any shipping charges.

Returns without proper paperwork may not be processed.

 

Returns of Merchandise Received Damaged

All merchandise is inspected by human eyes prior to shipment.

If you receive damaged merchandise, contact us at lordandladies@hotmail.com for a Return Authorization Number within 3 days of receiving the order. After 3 days this offer is void and damaged merchandise will only be accepted as defective merchandise. Let us know your name and what item(s) you received damaged.  We will issue you a Return Authorization Number and a form to include with your return. This enables us to process your return in a timely manner. 

Please be prepared to return the merchandise. The cost of postage for returning the item by USPS First Class Mail will be reimbursed once item is received and inspected in our warehouse. Cost of shipping supplies or another form of shipping other than USPS First Class Mail is at customers expense.

 

Returns of Merchandise That You Don't Like

Merchandise that you do not like the color, the size, the shape of, or is just not what you wanted or expected falls into this category.

Contact us by email, lordandladies@hotmail.com  prior to  returning merchandise within 4 days of receiving order. Include your name, reason and  merchandise you would like to return. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number and a form to include with your return. This enables us to process your return in a timely manner.   

You must request an Return Authorization within 4 days of receipt of merchandise if you do not like or have changed your mind about merchandise you have received.  After 4 days this offer is void.

Refund will be issued when your return is processed and inspected.  Merchandise returned damaged because of poor packaging will not be accepted.  Returns are at customer's expense.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.  Refund will be made in the same payment form as purchase was originally made in.  No exchanges.

The merchandise will be checked to insure that it is in good condition with all original tags, packaging and has not been used or worn.  A refund will be issued in the same form as the payment was made minus any shipping charges. Lord and Ladies reserves the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet the specifications stated
