Are the European Beads compatible with other popular brands? The European Beads on this site are compatible with other popular brands such as Pandora, Trollbeads, Chamilia, Baigi, Zable and more. We have no association with these brands. What is your policy if I order and pay for an item and you do not have it in stock? If this occurs we will refund you for the item. You will receive an email informing you of the refund. We will not make any substitutions. How can I pay for an order? We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover credit cards or PayPal through the shopping cart. We also accept Money Orders. These orders must be placed either by email or phone as the shopping cart accepts only credit cards or PayPal. Do you have a secure payment system? Yes, the shopping cart and credit card payment system is secure. How many items does your shopping cart hold? Our shopping cart only holds 100 items. If you want to order more than 100 items please place two orders and we will refund any excess shipping fees that you are charged. No, the guarantee is only for breakage or defects in the item purchased. Such as an Italian Charm losing its enamel decoration, not loss of the item purchased or damage caused by item. Are the items child proof? Most items have small parts and are not recommended for young children. Small parts may cause choking. What information do you collect?
