What is your policy if I order and pay for an item and you do not have it in stock?

If this occurs we will refund you for the item.   You will receive an email informing you of the refund.  We will not make any substitutions.

How can I pay for an order?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover credit cards or PayPal through the shopping cart.

Do you have a secure payment system?

Yes, the shopping cart and credit card payment system  is secure.

What should I do if I find an error on your site?

If you find an error in our store, notify us by email lordandladies@hotmail.com and we will correct the error as soon as possible.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax in the amount of 5% of your total before shipping fee will only be charged if the order is be shipped to a VIRGINIA USA address.   

Are the items child proof?

Most  items have small parts and are not recommended for young children. Small parts may cause choking.

How are your products priced?

All prices are in USD (U.S. dollars).

How can I track my order?

When your order has been shipped you will receive an email from the carrier with any tracking and delivery information that the carrier provides.

What do I do about a shipping delay?

We know that receiving your order in a timely manner is important to you. We do our best to ensure this does not happen but sometimes there are events that occur that are beyond our control such as weather, delivery errors or general carrier delays. Contact us at lordandladies@hotmail.com if you have any questions or concerns about an order.

What is your policy about Delivery Refuses?

If an order is refused at the point of delivery, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping fee and any additional fees charged by the carrier to return the order back to us. This credit will be issued after we receive the order in our warehouse.

What happens if an incorrect shipping address is provided?

Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to said address being provided by the customer are subject to shipping charges. When the order is returned to our warehouse we will issue a refund for the order minus the shipping fee charged and any additional fees that the carrier charges us to return the order back to us.

What is your Usage Policy?

All access or use of this site is at user's risk. We do not guarantee uptime, interruption or errors caused by the server this site is hosted on. You the user assume all costs and damages to equipment incurred while using this site
